Abstract
The rapid development of Chinese rural hydropower,but a lot of problems in hydropower develop-ment process,such as rural hydropower development management system is imperfect,disorderly develop-ment,serious damage to the local environment,etc.Based on the rural hydropower development environment to analyze legal issues measures proposed to solve such problems,it is recommended to speed up the legal con-struction of rural hydropower development.Safeguard the orderly development of rural hydropower from the legislative level,scientific manner.关键词
