Abstract
In recent years,China 's water environment continues to deteriorate,especially in rural areas, drinking water safety problem is often worried.This paper focuses on the current situation of rural drinking wa-ter safety in China and its main problems,emphatically analyzes the cause for rural drinking water safety prob-lems in our country at present stage.Based on the perspective of legal protection,use legal means to protect the rural drinking water safety,give full play to the various functions of the legal system,make the rural drink-ing water safety protection measures into practice,point out the significance of rural drinking water safety in China and present reasonable suggestions,with the hope to be able to have the enlightenment to the further ex-ploration and research.关键词
