Abstract
Provisions of antitrust law in the agricultural exemption system Article 56,the exemption system is a result of China's agricultural industr policy and market competition policy coordination,is the result of the value and efficiency of our multi-choice,is to maintain a fair and orderly market competition results.For bet-ter application of the antitrust laws into practice Article 56 ,Article 56 of antitrust law as a starting point,in-depth analysis of the main agricultural exemptions,immunities and exemptions type behavior.关键词
