Abstract
Objective:To analysis the group behaviors , HIV/Syphilis-related knowledge and the infections of HIV/Syphilis among men who have sex with men ( MSM) from online community in Zhuhai, and provide scientific evidence for developing control measures .Methods:The Internet-Community were used for calling the MSM to join the research , which including HIV/Syphilis counseling and investigation .The blood samples were collected to be used in biological detection . Results:297 MSM were surveyed , the average age of them was 28.41 ±5.32, most persons had college education (45.79%) and were unmarried (90.24%).Only 43.43% of the MSM used condoms each sexual activity in the last 3 months.The total awareness rate of HIV/STD-related knowledge was 67.71%.167 persons joined the biological detection ,of which the positive rate of HIV was 3.59%, and 14.97%showed the positive reaction in serology of syphilis .Conclusion:The high risk behaviors and low STD knowledge awareness are commonly existed among MSM from online community in Zhuhai , and there is a high prevalence of HIV/Syphilis infections in that group.It is particularly important for those persons in health education , especially in STD, in or-der to decrease the prevalence of HIV/STD infections.关键词
