泛发性脓疱型银屑病28例治疗分析

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the pathogenesis , the clinical manifestation , and the treatment of generalized pustular psoriasis ( GPP ) .Methods:The clinical data and treatment process of 28 patients with GPP were retrospective analysed .Results:Many factors could lead to GPP.Infection and irregular use of corticosteroids were the main factors inducing and aggravating GPP.Fever was the common and distinctive systemic symptoms .The elevation in white blood cell counts and ESR were the main laboratory manifestations .The regiments of second generation retin-oic acid ( acitretin ) , immunosuppressant ( methotrexate , MTX ) , acitretin combined with glu-cocorticoid, MTX combined with glucocorticoid had good therapeutic effect on GPP .Conclusion:All of four therapy regiments had good therapeutic effect on GPP .The therapy program should be applied based on the severity of disease , drug effecacy , side effects and tolerance .关键词
