基底细胞癌72例临床特征分析
Analysis of the Clinical Feature of 72 Cases with Basal Cell Carcinoma

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics of skin basal cell carcinoma ( BCC) and its incentive factors.Methods:The clinical data of 72 cases with BCC were analyzed. Results:The average age of patients in this group was 68.03 ±129.10 years old ( 37-87 years old),and the average course of the disease was 67.64 ±12.98 months(2-120 months).According to the type of the lesion, 51 cases ( 70.83%) belonged to nodular and ulcer type, 5 cases (6.94%) were with pigment type, 9 cases (12.50%) were with superficial type.There were two cases with morphoea-like type(2.78%) and 5 cases(6.94%) with fibro-epithelioma-like type. There were 60(83.33%) cases whose lesions located on the head and face.Six cases′leision lo-cated on shoulder(8.33%) , two on neck, one on back, one under the axillary, one on abdomen and one on ankle respectively.Six cases whose lesion located on shoulder were all peasants or out-door workers.Conclusion:Either occupational related UV exposure site and head and face could be predilection site of BCC.Surgical resection is the main effective treatment for BCC patients.关键词
