Epidemiological Survey of Leprosy and Dermatosis in Rural Residents of Jinpu Town, Chaoyang District, Shantou City
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the morbidity of leprosy and other dermatosis in Jinpu town, Chaoyang distract, Shantou city.Methods:Questionnaires were used to investigate the mor-bidity of leprosy and dermatosis in Jinpu town.Results:2 165 of 39 325 respondents suffer derma-tosis and the prevalence rate was 5.51%.The awareness rate of leprosy corn information and der-matosis were 32.73%and 35.15% respectively.Gender, smoking and alcoholism were not risk factors for dermatosis( P>0.05 ) .There was significant difference in the prevalence rate between different age, educational level, personal hygiene custom, living condition(P<0.01).Conclu-sions:The prevalence rate of dermatosis in Jinpu town was high, with a low awareness rate of lep-rosy and dermatosis.It suggests that the health education of leprosy and dermatosis in rural areas must be strengthened.关键词
