摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of a modified single port laparoscopic surgery on treatment of high ligation of hernial sac in children with inguinal hernia. .Methods Retrospective review was conducted to 100 children underwent laparoscopic high of hernial sac transfixion between June 2011and June 2014..Of 100 cases, 95 were unilateral indirect inguinal hernia, 5 bilateral indirect inguinal hernia, Amodified surgical procedure was performed in operating. Results All cases were operated successfully. The mean operation time was 10-35 minutes in unilateral hernia and 25-45 minutes in bilateral hernia. The average hospital stay after operation was 1-2 days. There were no complication and no recurrence..Conclusion The modified single port laparoscopy is safe and effective for children with good cosmetic results and few complications , which can be handled the other side of contralateral inguinal hernia.关键词
