老年胃癌患者术后并发症的相关因素分析

Abstract
Objective To investigate the related factors associated with postoperative complications in elderly patients with gastric cancer. Methods A retrospective data of 57 elderly patients with gastric cancer between Jan 2004 and Dec 2014 were studied. Postoperative complications and risk factors were analyzed. Results There were 18 cases of postoperative complications in all 57 patients (31%),including wound infection in 3 cases (5.3%), anastomotic leakage 2 cases (3.5%), abdominal wound disruption 2 cases (3.5%), duodenal stump fistula one case, early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction 3 cases, intra-abdominal infection 2 cases, functional gastric atony one case, anastomotic bleeding one case, lung infection 3 cases. Preoperative comorbidities , tumor size , age and operative time were correlated with postoperative complications of gastric cancer (P<0.05). Conclusion Age and disease factors were influence factors of postoperative complications; elderly patients should pay attention to the observation and treatment of gastric surgery around the stage.关键词
