Abstract
The college counselors preform as the bridge and the link between schools and their students. Un-der the new situation, the work connotation of college counselors continued to develop and expand, Its work areas-concrete and administrative affairs are increasing, Facing the interpersonal relationship is more and more complication in the school. This requires instructors to learn establishing the harmonious interpersonal relationship with college students, classroom teachers, school staff of each department, the leader in charge of and other instructors. so, they can effectively complete the job smoothly, realize the goal of talent cultiva-tion in colleges and universities, At the same time, to obtain their own success of career and health of body and mind are conducive.关键词
