贵州省民族古籍人才培养模式初探
A Preliminary Study of Guizhou’s Ethnic Ancient Books Personnel Training Modes
摘要
Abstract
The number and quality of competent persons has decisive effcct on the thriving of the country or a nation. Since 1980 s Guizhou province has achieved a lot in rescuing ancent books. But for the further devel-opment of ethnic ancient books business, it is necessary to sort out in the national translation and study of an-cient books, which requires a large number of ethnic ancient books professionals, the current national ancient talent far cannot satisfy the need, thus strengthen the cultivation of ethnic ancient books professionals is a daunting task for a long time. Through higher education training, on-the-job training, cultivation and master apprentice training , we can caltivate more professional in this field .关键词
