摘要

Abstract

It is pointed out in the present paper that the rights and obligations of teachers is the essence of teacher identity through revealing the problems of teacher identity by criticizing the theory of teachers’role that covers up the problems. The author contends that the mismatch between rights and obligations resulted in the crisis of identity and that teachers can only gradually realize the construction of their own identity by self-wakening and emancipation and cherishing stern idealism.
