欠发达地区高校产学研合作存在的问题与对策
The Problems Facing Universities in Underdeveloped Areas while Collaborating with Enterprises and Research Institutes and Their Solutions

Abstract
The collaboration among universities,enterprises and research institutes is an effective means for innovating personnel training and promoting the transformation of research achievements. With the arrival of the ear of knowledge economy, the collaboration is getting increasingly important. Based on an analysis of the status quo,it is pointed out in this paper that there exist five prominent issues: incorrect understanding, drawbacks in systems and mechanisms,obstacles resulted from programs offered,limitations out of collaborative models and the lack of technological professionals. A set of measures for tackling the problems are thus proposed.关键词
