2001-2014年丽水市肺结核病防治成本-效益分析
The Cost-benefit Analysis on TB Prevention and Control in Lishui from 2001 to 2014

Abstract
To evaluate the efficiency of TB prevention and control measures implemented in Lishui by analyzing the fund input and benefit,Based on the implementation plan for reviewing China State TB Prevention and Control Program,analyzing TB prevention and control data gathered from 2001 to 2014 in nine counties (cities,districts)of Lishui by random sampling and self-review. With a total social fund input of 40.7424 million Yuan, the prevention and control helped approximately 6 627 people avoid suffering from TB,which produced a direct economic benefit of about 4.5148 million Yuan and an indirect economic benefit of 17.06 hundred million. The benefit-cost ratio was 41.98:1;TB prevention and control measures adopted in lishui comply with the basic principle on cost and benefit and had exerted their decisive effect on preventing and controlling TB in Lishui.关键词
