大学英语教师非正式学习的现状探究
Exploration of the Current Situation of College English Teachers’Informal Learning
摘要
Abstract
Based on the informal learning theory and drawing on the research instruments of the questionnaire and the interview,the paper attempts to explore the current situation of college English teachers’informal learning from the perspectives of awareness,modes and influence on teachers’professional development. The findings reveal that teachers have strong awareness of carrying out their informal learning mainly by means of“Corridor Communication”with colleagues,students’feedback as well as teaching and researching activities around demo classes,which to a great extend benefit and promote teachers’professional development.关键词
