Abstract
As for steam injector,according to the shortage of both traditional one-dimensional design,and single-factor change analysis based on experiment or Fluent.This paper has done numerical simulation of internal flow field of steam injector using Fluent,studied its performance through Design Exploration in Workbench,taking into account the influence of operating parame-ters and structural parameters.To optimize,operating parameters and structural parameters are used as input variables,maximal injection coefficient is the object.The result shows:After optimization,the injection coefficient increases by 46.26%,and the optimized structure parameters meet the design requirements.This method improves not only design accuracy and ejection capa-bility,but also the design efficiency of steam injector.关键词
