小型C O2制冷系统换热器的设计及应用
Design and Application of Heat Exchanger in a Small CO2 Refrigeration System
摘要
Abstract
In order to design a small CO2 refrigeration system applied in display cabinet,the calculation results of the cycle of the whole system is used to get the load of heat exchanger.Then the detailed theoretical calculation is carried out at the gas cooler as an example.According to the results of theoretical calculation,gas cooler,evaporator and internal heat exchanger are make. Under the same conditions,the performance of the system is tested,the result shows that it can meet the requirement.Compared with R134a refrigeration system and foreign similar products,the performance of the system is better than R134a and inferior to the foreign products.The test results show that the theoretical design of the heat exchanger is fully feasible.关键词
