摘要

Abstract

Themathematicalmodelofturbulentflowfieldofmudpurificationhydrocyclonewasestablishedbasedonmultiphase flow and reynolds stress model.three-dimension model ofΦ100mm mud purification hydrocyclone was built and meshed with ICEM software,numerical simulation of turbulent flow field of mud purification hydrocyclone was carried out with software FLUENT based on CFD,set-methods of turbulent flow model,discretization method and boundary conditions were discussed,velocity field distribu-tion and pressure field distribution were obtained,and mechanism of formation and development of air core was analysed.
