Verifying and Revising on The Law of the Heat and Mass Transfer in High Speed air-washer
摘要
Abstract
To the two typical processes in the core equipment of the air-conditioning system--- air-washer in textile mill ,the cooling dehumidification and the isenthalpic humidification .Air velocity and water-air ratio of the key factors affecting the efficien-cy of heat and mass transfer are researched .The regression formula of the efficiency of heat and mass transfer is gained by vast ex-periments .Verifying and revising the law by field testing in textile mill .in recently year .The first time proposed that the velocity of air can reach 7.07m/s in domestic.It is double to low speed air-washer’s.And water-air ratio can drop to 0.48.It is one half to low speed air-washer’s.The research results can miniaturize the equipment and cut down the floor space ,decrease the energy of water system.This will benefit the improvement and application of the high speed air -washer.关键词
