低压腔涡旋压缩机吸油管特性的数值研究
Numerical Study on the Characteristic of the Oil Suction Pipe for a Low-pressure Shell Scroll Compressor

Abstract
In order to study the oil suction pipe′s impaction on low-pressure shell scroll compressor centrifugal oil supply sys-tem,without consideration of the compressibility of the lubricating oil,the same oil level and crankshaft speed,the standard k-εturbulence model and VOF two-phase flow model was employed in the simulation.The effect of the import diameter and structure shape of the oil suction pipe′s to the oil head in the oil suction pipe was analyzed.The results show that there exist an optimal val-ue of the oil suction pipe′s import diameter and structure shape.At the optimal value,the head of the oil in the oil suction pipe′s reach a maximum,thus guarantee the oil supply system will receive enough oil delivery.关键词
