摘要
Abstract
Depending on the optimization of calculating results of the thermal physical parameters in the process.The first VCF desalination device has been accomplished on the design and manufacture based on the preliminary study.The preliminary test da-ta of prototype performance has been attained which confirmed the feasibility of VCF desalination process.It can be known from the exergy analysis which is the most important factor,such as the rational design of the flash tank,the type selection and its effi-ciency of the vapor compressor,the heat transfer area and heat transfer efficiency of the heat exchanger for taking the the product water and the regenerator for discharging seawater.The rational selection and matching of the above factors is the key to the sub-stantial increase of product water output and decrease of the electrical power consumption per ton the product water of VCF seawa-ter desalination technology.It points out the direction to make efforts for the performance enhancement of VCF seawater desalina-tion device.关键词
