Abstract
Based on the structure features and operating characteristics of single screw compressor,the affect of geometry param-eters on the performance of single screw compressor are analyzed.The displacement and the position and area of the exhaust port are calculated under different center distance coefficient and different diameter ratio between the star wheel and the screw.And the flow loss in the exhaust process is also analyzed in the case of the exhaust port position unchanged.Through the analysis we can see that:the displacement will increase with the increase of the diameter ratio,and will first increases and then decreases with the increase of the center distance coefficient.And the exhaust starting position is not affected by the diameter ratio,but delay to the exhaust side along with the increase of the center distance coefficient.The area of the exhaust port will increase with the in-crease of the diameter ratio.The exhaust flow resistance losses in the exhaust process will linear increase with the increase of the diameter ratio when the exhaust port position stays the same.The analysis results provide a basis for compressor retrofit design.关键词
