高速深井离心泵内部流场数值模拟与试验研究
Numerical Simulation and Experimental Study for Internal Flow Field in High-speed Deep-well Centrifugal Pump

Abstract
In order to analysis the effect of different numerical simulation setting methods on the high-speed deep-well centrifu-gal pump performance,the three-dimensional steady numerical simulation was carried out by using different grid numbers,different turbulence models,and different simulation stages based on the 100QJ 3.2 model pump.Therefore,the best methods of numerical simulation for high-speed deep-well centrifugal pump were selected out.The comparison between numerical simulation result and the experimental result was conducted to verify the feasibility of using CFX software to predict the high-speed deep-well centrifugal pump performance.The results show that:using impeller grid number 400000,Standard k -εturbulence model,and two stages whole flow field model to predict the high-speed deep-well centrifugal pump performance is most appropriate.关键词
