食管癌中AQ P-3的表达与肿瘤转移的关系
Relationship Between AQP-3 Expression in Esophageal Cancer and Tumor Metastasis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the AQP-3 expressed in esophageal tissue characteristics, its significance in esophageal cancer occurrence and metastasis. Methods To use immunohistochemical method to detect 21 cases of esophageal cancer tissue and 1 5 cases of normal tissue in the expression of AQP-3 . Results The expression of AQP-3 in esophageal tissue was significantly higher than normal esophageal tissue,statistically significant difference (P <0.05 );Ⅲ ~Ⅳ period and with lymph node metastasis of esophageal cancer tissues of AQP-3 expression level,respectively,compared with the Ⅰ ~Ⅱ period and high without lymph node metastasis (P<0.05).And the expression of AQP-3 and patients’gender,age,no significant correlation (P >0.05 ). Conclusion The AQP-3 abnormal expression in esophageal cancer organizations is closely related to esophageal cancer occurrence and metastasis and prognosis.关键词
