多西他赛联合卡铂治疗乳腺癌疗效分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate docetaxel and carboplatin treatment effects and side effects of breast cancer. Methods The 60 cases of breast cancer randomly treated breast surgery in Henan University of Science and Technology since 2008 ~201 0 with docetaxel and carboplatin chemotherapy,clinical information on the patients in the experimental group were retrospectively analyzed.Selected. Results Of 60 patients, including seven cases of complete remission of symptoms,29 cases of the disease in some patients remission, stable disease in 1 7 patients,6 patients with tumor recurrence or distant metastasis.The total effective rate was 95%.All patients were followed up for three years,metastatic or recurrent average of 36 months,the largest site of metastatic sites are liver metastases and lung metastases.The experimental group selected 60 patients,35 cases of hair loss,there were 32 cases of leukopenia,anemia patients,9 patients.Only 2 patients who could not tolerate chemotherapy adjustments throughout the course of chemotherapy.No patients with cardiac or renal toxicity could not tolerate chemotherapy and adjustment programs. Conclusion Docetaxel and oxaliplatin treatment of breast cancer is remarkable ,and the toxic side effects,reduce the pain of patients during chemotherapy,they are generally carried out with the clinical value.关键词
