摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the mechanism of BCG on regulating T cell balance and improve the inflammatory airway. Methods 208 asthmatic patients were divided into BCG intervention group and conventional group randomly.Lung function indicators and IL-4,IFN-γand IL-1 2 levels were detected before and after the treatment. Results After 6 months treatment, both groups had great improvement in pulmonary function test,however interventional group showed better than conventional group (P <0.05 ). After treatment plasma IL-4 level was decreased,but levels of IFN-γand IL-1 2 was increased.there was a significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment in the interventional group plasma IL-4 level was lower than that of conventional group(P<0.05);IFN-γand IL-1 2 levels were higher than that of conventional group(P<0.05 ). Conclusion BCG can regulate the Th1 /Th2 imblanace and improve pulmonary function of bronchial asthma.关键词
