PDCA循环法在提升手外科住院患者满意度的应用
Application of PDCA Circulation Management on Improving the Degree of Satisfaction of Patients in Hand Surgery
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of PDCA cyclic method on improving patient’satisfaction of hand surgery. Methods 200 patients of hand trauma were randomly divided into control group and observation group(1 00 patients of hand trauma for each group)by the order of admission.The convertional nursing was given to the patients of hand trauma in control group and PDCA cyclic method was applied in the observation group.The questionnaire survey was conducted to compare the efficacy of PDCA cyclic method on the care services and the degree of satisfaction of patients and their families between the two groups. Results The degree of satisfaction of patients of hand trauma was superior in the observation group to the control group (P <0.01 ). Conclusion The PDCA cyclic method applied to improving the degree of satisfaction of patients and their families and promote the overall quality of the nursing care.关键词
