Abstract
Objective To summarize the experience of ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy on thetreatmeat of upper ureteral calculi. Methods 173 cases of upper ureteral calculi were treated withureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy,double-J catheter was retained in the operation. Results 123 cases ofureteral calculi were completely fragmented (71.1%),ureteroscopic did not reach the stone location in 19cases(1 1%),the whole stone or large stone was pushed back to kidney in 31 cases(17.9%).All operationswithout ureteral perforation,fracture,avulsion,bladder perforation and other serious complications occurred.Conclusion Ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy to the treatment of upper ureteral calculi is effective withless complications and safety.It still can be used for treatment for upper ureteral calculi.关键词
