摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the extent of myocardial injury in the hypertension patients with normal left ventricular geometry with left atrial volume index(LAVI)combined with plasma BNP. Methods All 1 10 hypertension patients with normal left ventricular geometry were divided into groups.Fifty-five hypertension patients with normal LAVI was enrolled in group A,Fifty-five hypertension patients with decreased LAVI was enrolled in group B,and 40 non-hypertensive patients were enrolled in the control group,whose relationship between that sufferers′LVEF > 50% with Ultrasound.The echocardiographic parameters and plasma BNP relevance were analysed. Results ① Compared with the control group,the plasma BNP of Group A and B were increased(P <0.05),respectively.Group B compared with Group A, the Plasma BNP increased significantly too(P <0.05 ).②The left ventricular diastolic function of group A and B were decreased which compared with N group(P <0.05 ),respectively;but there was no significant difference of the left ventricular diastolic function in group A and B.③The arameters of Ultrasound,LAVI was positively correlated with plasma BNP (r =0.573,P <0.01 ). Conclusion The left ventricular diastolic function can decrease the hypertension patients with normal left ventricular geometry.Hypertensive induced the cardiac injury before the changes of left ventricular hypertrophy.关键词
