中国木质林产品遭遇反倾销强度的研究∗
Analysis on the Anti-dumping Intensity that Chinese Wooden Forest Products Encountered
摘要
Abstract
This paper uses the wooden forest products anti-dumping data of WTO I-TIP application and the import and export data of UN Comtrade, which are from 2001 to 2012, to analyse the current situation and the intensity of the anti-dumping, which Chinese wooden forest products encountered. The results show that the anti-dumping investigation and sanction intensity indexes are basically very high between 2001 and 2012, which even far more than 1. Chinese wooden forest products are strong-ly affected by the anti-dumping actions relative to their shares in the world export market. Just when China joined the WTO, the anti-dumping situation that Chinese wooden forest products encountered were very strongly affected by the anti-dumping actions relative to their shares in the world export mar-ket. On the whole, the anti-dumping intensity indexes that Chinese wooden forest products encoun-tered show a downward trend. But they are still at a high level.关键词
