Research on the Leading Industry Selection of Heilongjiang Provincial Forestry Resource-Based Cities
摘要
Abstract
The choice of leading industry affects the economic transformation process of resource-based cities. For the question in the previous theory research and the practice, the paper advices that Hei-longjiang province forestry resource-based cities should change the single benchmark based on stock relative advantage, and the single decision-making form based on the government, consider the selec-tion criteria and macro development situation comprehensively to re-select the leading industry, to in-crease the technical elements richness of the selected industry, to improve the leading industry role.关键词
