Beijing Forestry Industry Structure and Competitiveness Analysis under the Background of Low Carbon Economy

Abstract
With Shift-Share Method, the paper carries out empirical analysis of forestry industrial structure and regional competitiveness in Beijing from 2002 to 2011. The results show that, the forest-ry industrial in Beijing develops slower than the whole country, which was 134. 85% and 12. 38% be-low the country’s average from 2002 to 2006, and 2007 to 2011 respectively, but it saw a positive growth. The first forestry of Beijing showed a decreasing tread, the second and third industry are in the dominant position. But the second industry does not have the regional advantage. The third indus-try is quite the opposite, which is the main driving force of Beijing forestry industry. According to the research results, the basic position of the first industry should be strengthened and promoted, deep processing capacity and the resources utilization of the second industry should be further developed, and the leading role of the third industry should be further enhanced in accordance with the low carbon concept.关键词
