Dividing-harvest Forestry System in Shimane of Japanand the Reference to Poplar Industrialization in China
摘要
Abstract
System analysis on dividing-harvest forestry system of the organization mode, interest distri-bution and guarantee for system in shimane of Japan indicate: The continuous supply of reliable forest products is realized for the forestry industry without compromise of ecological environment.The poplar industry in China have similar operating conditions with forestry in shimane of Japan.Because of un-clear management goal, extensive management pattern and small scale of poplar industrialization, tim-ber supply management is small and poor quality in China.Advices based on the exploration are that poplar industrialization should refer to Japan's dividing-harvest forestry system arrangement, and strengthen the effective control of the forestry industry chain, establish a stable interest distribution mechanism and reasonable organization form.关键词
