杉木体胚再生植株低温胁迫的响应机制
The response mechanism on cold stress of Cunninghamia lanceolata somatic embryogenesis plantlets
摘要
Abstract
To study the effect of low temperature treatment on Cunninghamia lanceolata growth,and explore the response mechanism of low temperature stress,the dynamic changes of the physiological and biochemical indexes associated with low temperature response was investigated on peroxydase( POD ) activity, content of free praline, soluble sugar and malonaldehyde(MDA)in 4 ℃ low temperature. The results showed that,low temperature stress caused that POD activity and soluble sugar content initially rose and then dropped soon,and the content of free praline and MDA kept increasing. Which illustrated that a strong activity of POD,a high concentration of free praline and soluble sugar could improve resistant to low temperature of C. lanceolata,while the cell membrane was damaged,which induced a lot of the final product of lipid peroxidation(MDA)accumulation.关键词
