Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of Yanhuning combined with Ebastine against acute eczema. Methods: 102 patients with acute eczema were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Oral Ebastine, boric acid solution wet packing and 0.05% dexamethasone swabbing were given to all patients, and patients in the treatment group were also intravenously injected with Yanhuning. Eczema Severity Index (EASI) of both groups was recorded and evaluated after 1 week and 2 month of the treatment. Results: At the end of the 1st week, the EASI of the treatment group and the control group were 92.4% and 76% respectively (P < 0.05).Conclusion: Yanhuning combined with Ebastine is an effective way to relief the clinical symptoms of acute eczema and reduce recurrence rate.关键词
