导管头皮针与钢针头皮针临床效果对比研究
A comparative study on clinical effects of the catheter needle and steed needle
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To find out the differences between needle and catheter needle and steel needle by comparing their clinical effects and provide a scientific basis for the popularization and application of indwelling catheter needle. Methods: 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group was transfused by using catheter needle and the control group steel needle. The rate of piercing vascular, rate of liquid leakage and the activity limitation of the patients were tested in the two groups. Results: The rates of piercing vascular and liquid leakage were both 0 in the experimental group and 22.5%in the control group; the rate of activities limitation during the transfusion was 0 in the experimental group and 100% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The rate of piercing vascular and liquid leakage could be reduced, and the activity of the patients would not be limited by using catheter needle instead of the steed needle. The catheter needle is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
