Abstract
Objective: To Analyze the change of infections rate and drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in lower respiratory tract infections in Yibin region from 2011 to 2013 in order to guide the rational use of antimicrobial drugs. Methods: 726 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from lower respiratory tract specimens from the first and second People's Hospitals of Yibin city from 2011 to 2013 were abalyzed, then the infections rate and 12 kinds of antimicrobial drug resistance trends in the 3 years were compared. Results: The isolation rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in 2011, and 2013 were 5.33%, 4.86% and 2.43% respectively (P <0.05), susceptibility of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to β- lactams, quinolones and sulfa drugs were higher (> 21%). While to Imipenem, piperacillin-tazobactam and aminoglycosides were lower (< 20%). Conclusion: The lower respiratory tract infection caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa is less common in Yibin region, The treatment of suspected Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection in this region can empirically select the antibiotics of imipenem, Piperacillin-tazobactam and aminoglycoside.关键词
