氯普鲁卡因在乳牙拔除中的疗效分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of local anesthesia with chlorprocaine hydrochloride in children tooth extracion. Methods: 120 retained deciduous teeth without loosening were randomly divided into test group (local anesthesia with chlorprocaine hydrochloride), and control group(with lidocaine). Their effective rate were observed. Results: The effective rate was 80.3% in test group and 79.7% in control group, the difference was not significant (P>0.05). Conclusion:Local anesthesia with chlorprocaine hydrochloride may be applied to extract retained deciduous tooth.关键词
