摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the changes of serum hs-CRP and chemerin in patients with metabolic syndrom and their correlation. Methods 60 patients with metabolic syndrome and 60 normal healthy subjects(control group)were included. Basic indexes such as body mass index (bmi) were tested, serum hs-CRP levels were tested by turbidimetric method; serum chemerin levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent method. ResultsBody mass index, systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure, fasting plasma glucose, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were significantly higher (P<0.01 or P<0.05)and serum hs-CRP and fat factor chemerin levels were significantly higher(P<0.01)in patients with metabolic syndrome than in control group serum hs-CRP and chemerin levels were positively correlated. Conclusion: Serum hs-CRP and chemerin in patients with metabolic syndrome are significantly higher than those in normal people; there is a significant correlation between them. They may jointly participate in the development of metabolic syndrome.关键词
