摘要
Abstract
Objective: To provide reference for developing education of master degree of nursing in China. Methods The papers about the status quo of eduction of Chinese professional degree of nursing were investigated. The aims, direction, curriculum setting, core ability, clinical practice, and clinical evaluation were summarized and analyzed. Results At present, there are still some deficiencies in post graduate eduction of professional degree of nursing,mostly, indeterminacy of cultivation goals、non-standardization of curriculum, poor ability of clinical practice and imperfection of clinical skills examination system. Conclusion: The set-up of nursing speciatty in should focus on more detailed clinical direction and enhancement of clinical practice and emphasis of clinical nursing ability.关键词
