大学生自卑感、成就目标定向与成绩的关系
Relationship among Inferiority,Achievement Goal Orientation and Performance of College Students

Abstract
To explore the relationship among inferiority ,achievement goal orientation and performance ,400 college students were measured by the Feelings of Inadequacy Scale (FIS) and the Achievement Goal Orientation Scale ,then 31 students with higher inferiority and 29 lower inferiority were selected to take part in a game about achievement goal .The results show that :(1) there are significant moderate positive correlationship between inferiority and avoidance goal orientation ,but no correlationship with approaching goal orientation ;(2) higher inferior students have lower expectation and valuation on their achievements than the lower group ;(3) the college students from the rural area are more inferior than from the city ,mainly in learning ability ,physical inferiority low self‐esteem and so on ,but they show no significant difference on their achieve‐ment goal orientation .It is suggested that the higher inferior students are more likely to choose avoidance goal orientation , and exhibit lower self‐confidence to their achievements .关键词
