Comparison of manual parameter programming and automatic software programming for concave hemispherical surface machining
摘要
Abstract
Based on the concave hemispherical surface machining process,the flow chart for manual programming is proposed.The codes for rough machining and finishing machining are completed manually.On the other hand,the machining codes are also generated by Mastercam X6 software automatically.The characteristics of manual programming and au-tomatic programming are compared in this paper.According to the comparison,technical advices can be provided to optimize the programming process.关键词
