摘要
Abstract
The material utilization rates of several automotive models and stamping parts on a production line in CHERY are compared with the material utilization rates of some self-made parts in HYUNDAI and TOYOTA intermediate family cars,and the reasons which cause the difference of material utilization ratesare analyzed in this paper.The factors which influence the material utilization rate are proposed,and the methods to increase the utilization rate are also introduced.Improving the utilization rate can decreases the automo-bile production cost and improve the market competitiveness.关键词
