内齿杯形件复合拉深成形工艺研究
Research on compound forming process of cup-shaped part with inner gear
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the cup‐shaped part with inner gear ,a kind of compound deep drawing process is proposed .Numerical simulation of this compound forming process is carried outto analyze the stress and strain distributions and find the key locations of severe wall thickness reduction .Meanwhile ,thesheet metalcompound deep drawing process with uniform velocity motion isimplemented on the servo press .The results proves that simulation method can give better repeatability and accuracy in the curve of forming load , and the compound deep drawing process is an efficient forming method for this type of cup‐shaped parts .关键词
