山地自行车调速开关注塑模设计
Design of injection mould for the mountain bike speed switch
摘要
Abstract
According to the structure characteristics of a speed control switch on the moun‐tain bike ,a set of suitable injection mould is designed by using CAD software .This mould has a four‐cavity structure .Each plastic part has an internal insert ,and a slanting slider side core‐pulling mechanism is also built in the mould cavity .Using the Mold Flow software ,the filling process is simulated and the reasonability of the mould structure is verified .Accor‐ding to the results ,the optimal processing design is proposed .关键词
