摘要

Abstract

The features of the core‐pulling mechanism of the injection mould are analyzed for the large‐angle manifold branch guide pipe in automobile .Combined with actual produc‐tion ,the core‐pulling mechanism is designed .The structures and installations of three dif‐ferent designs are compared in details ,and the advantages and disadvantages are listed . Based on the actual demand of the mould production cost ,corresponding proposals are given for the three different designs .
