Abstract
To start with the new requirements of young teachers’ ability by“Excellence Project” ,this paper puts forward effective methods for young teachers to develop their teaching ability in the present situation of some shortcomings existing in training qualified young teachers in colleges and universities ,especially in provincial colleges .关键词
