Study on Synthesis and Anticorrosion Performance of Nipagin Esters Twelve

Abstract
P-hydroxy benzoic acid and twelve alcohol are used as raw material ,and p-toluene sulfonic acid as the catalyst ,then Nipagin ester twelve is formed through esterification .This paper discusses various influence factors in the esterification ,and points out that the opti-mum reaction conditions are as follows :p-hydroxybenzoic acid and twelve alcohol molar ratio 1∶3 ,reaction time 4 h ,reaction temperature 140 ℃ ,catalyst consumption of 8% (mass percent compared with acid ) ,high yield of 86 .65% .关键词
