摘要

Abstract

Food safety is a matter of the people’s lives as well as the security and stability of the society .Through three decades of reform and opening up ,China has experienced two historic shifts:from food shortages food to adequate food and from enough to good food .In this procession ,some big food safety incidents occur frequently and food safety issues are being focused on by most Chinese people .There is a famous saying in China:food is the first necessity of people .This paper ,taking Guangdong province as an example ,reveals food safety problems existing in supervision ,and analyzes their causes .What’s more ,the paper explores solutions to these problems in China .
