摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the performance of PZT piezoelectric ceramics ,a traditional solid phase method is improved to study how dif-ferent CeO2 doping amount on Pb (Zr0 .52 Ti0 .48 ) O3 has different effect on the performance of piezoelectric ceramics (PZT ) .XRD and im-pedance analyzer are used to analyze the samples ,and the results show that the doping of PZT piezoelectric ceramics is single perovskite structure ,with the increase of doping amount ,whose crystal phase is gradually transformed from four phases to three phases ,and the rela-tive dielectric constant and dielectric loss increase first ,and then decrease .When the doping amount is 0 .6 wt% ,the dielectric constant reaches its maximum :εr =934;when doping amount is 0 .8 wt% ,the dielectric loss reaches its minimum :tanδ=1 .3% ,showing that CeO2 doping can be seen as both”soft” and”hard” doping .
